Kyo-Machiya Inn Kitano is a beautifully restored Kyoto machiya (traditional townhouse) that has been converted into accommodations. While it retains some classic Kyoto exteriors and interiors, Western comforts like beds, kitchenette, dining table and chairs are also well furnished. Machiya stay offers you the rare chance to experience traditional Japanese living without sacrificing your comfort.
